Energy Survey Level ll & lll

The Level II & III Survey is project-specific based on preliminary approvals to move forward with Level I recommendations. Generally, budgetary proposals are submitted by one or more contractors for review, subject to the development of a final scope of work and Request for Proposal.

Third party engineering requirements are reviewed, as necessary, based on the complexity of the project, local jurisdictions and technical aptitudes. Considered the due diligence of the energy survey process, it allows decision makers to become comfortable with the project, investment requirements and sets expectations of the capital improvement. This is considered a critical step to successful implementations.
