Design Build

The ATI Energy design build team administers the process in concert with the project management team. The design build team utilizes its design build concept to streamline design processes and expedite project delivery.

The Design build process for implementation of energy savings projects and programs is a collaborative process. The process allows onsite personnel input while off-site financial management and the mechanical teams evaluate the project. This involves a four part evaluation process consisting of scope development, short listing the contractors, preliminary proposals and financial evaluation. The design build process is composed of the necessary evaluation from a variety of trade and engineering practices to efficiently develop contracts, review plans and ensure the use of equitable evaluation criteria.

In short, the Design Build process insures efficient scope development, contract review and execution of scope work.
